A salesperson opens an inquiry and has to ask the same opening questions again: what the person needs, whether the offer fits and who should respond next. Repeated steps like these are worth examining when you consider an AI sales agent.
The first decision is which part of the conversation to support. A broad promise that an agent will "handle sales" leaves the team with little guidance about what success looks like or when a person should take over.
Choose a task with a clear boundary
Possible tasks include drafting a response to a routine question or clarifying the information a specialist needs. Which of them is appropriate depends on your process and the actions supported by the tool.
For an illustrative equipment supplier, a scenario might clarify the intended use. A specialist should still confirm compatibility or conditions that require their judgement. Write that boundary into the brief so the reply does not make a commitment the business has not approved.
If the team gives conflicting answers today, settle the business rule before asking an agent to repeat it.
Prepare facts and a handoff
Use an accurate product description and mark information that must be checked. If availability is uncertain, the correct next step is to clarify it. A plausible estimate is still a guess.
Also define what a person receives when they continue the conversation. Include the original request, previous replies and any agreed next action. A note saying "interested lead" forces the salesperson to recover the missing context.
The lead qualification guide shows how to separate a suitable inquiry from an incomplete or unrelated one.
Test replies as a salesperson would read them
Prepare examples your team controls. Include ordinary questions, a request for more detail, an objection and a refusal. Add a question the company cannot answer without checking.
For each reply, ask whether it used the approved facts, collected useful context and left the person with an appropriate next step. Review whether it stopped when continuing would be unhelpful.
Keep specific corrections. "Sounds convincing" is harder to act on than "quoted a delivery condition that does not exist in the brief". A concrete record makes it easier to compare scenario versions.
Where KUZKO fits
KUZKO supports Telegram AI agents and advertising scenarios, with conversation history for review. Business context and scenario preparation help connect the promotional discussion to the handling of an inquiry.
Those functions do not establish autonomous deal closing, a connected CRM or authority to agree commercial conditions. If your process needs another capability, check it separately before relying on it.
Use the KUZKO setup guide to prepare the first scenario. Agree within the team which questions belong in that scenario and which need a person.
Expand after you understand the mistakes
Repeated factual errors suggest a problem with the source brief. Unnecessary questions suggest the scenario needs editing. Suitable inquiries that disappear after handoff point to the follow-up process.
Measure the part you actually changed. More messages do not automatically mean more sales. For a campaign-level comparison, track lead and customer acquisition costs with consistent definitions and confirmed outcomes.
